Step Markets：Scamming/delaying withdrawal/asking for more

I met an agent online on Line messenger app who initially seemed quite cooperative and was very humble. she invested time and taught me about trading and told me about customer service online for opening a real account for doing trading. previously she told me some basics on meta trader 5 on demo account. when I contacted customer service that was also on the line messenger they created my real account using StepMarkets and since then I have done 2 tradings and I am not able to take out my money
